What type of leather do you use?

We use 100% lambskin leather.

Do you use 100% genuine leather?

Yes. All our leather products are made from 100% authentic lambskin leather.

One of the hallmarks of pure genuine leather is that it typically does not peel the way synthetic materials do. That’s why we stand behind the authenticity and quality of our products with a lifetime guarantee against natural peeling, giving you the added confidence that every piece is made from 100% genuine leather.

What are the benefits of lambskin leather?

Lambskin leather is naturally softer, smoother, and lighter than many other leathers. That added comfort makes a difference when you are carrying a bag for long hours and moving throughout the day. Its finer grain also gives each piece a clean, elegant finish.

Warranty

What does your warranty include?

Our warranty applies to all leather products purchased from Jon Louis. We provide two forms of warranty:

1. Lifetime Leather Warranty
We provide a lifetime guarantee against natural leather peeling. It means the product is covered for leather peeling arising from a material defect for its usable lifetime under normal use. This warranty applies only to natural leather peeling, and does not include wear and tear, surface scratches, corner wear, impact damage, zipper damage, torn lining, or other damage resulting from misuse or accidents.

2. Manufacturing Defect Warranty
If a manufacturing fault is found within 7 days of purchase, we will exchange the item 1-for-1 at no charge.

Do I need to register my warranty?

No registration is required. Your product comes with a warranty card, which serves as proof of purchase.

How do I make a warranty claim?

Simply bring your warranty card to any of our outlets, and our staff will assist you with the claim.

Ordering & Payment

Are your prices negotiable?

Our prices are fixed and kept as fair as possible for all customers.

How do I place an order?
  1. Click the “WhatsApp To Buy” button on the product page.
  2. We will reply with the product price and order details.
  3. Make payment via PayNow to UEN 20132219K.
  4. Send us a screenshot of your payment together with your delivery details.
  5. Your order will be delivered within 3 days after payment is received.
Are product reservations available?

Yes. To reserve a product, a $50 deposit via PayNow is required. After payment, please WhatsApp us a screenshot of the transaction and let us know which outlet you’d like to collect from. We will hold the item for X days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayNow only.

Payment should be made to UEN 20132219K.

Delivery & Pick-Up

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is available for these:

Handbags & Backpacks: Free shipping (any quantity)

Wallets: Free shipping for 2 pieces and above

Nylon bags: Free delivery for 2 pieces and above

Shoes: Free delivery, but exchanges must be done in-store.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Delivery across all products is usually completed within 3 days after payment is received.

Do you offer in-store pick-up?

Yes, in-store pick-up is an available option. Simply indicate this preference in your WhatsApp order message.

Leather Care & After-Sales Support

How do I care for my leather products?

Are your leather products scratch-proof?

All leather products are made from natural materials that can be prone to scratches and scuffs. They are not scratch-proof.

Can I use any leather cleaners on my bag?

Our specially formulated leather essence is tailored for Jon Louis leather bags, wallets, belts, and shoes.

It is generally not advisable to use other leather care products, as different formulas may not be suitable for the leather type or finish of your item. Using the wrong product may affect the colour, texture, or overall condition of the leather.

If you do prefer to use another leather care product, we recommend testing it on a small, hidden area first.

For best results, we recommend using our own leather care essence.

Do you offer repair services?

Yes. If your bag requires hardware repair, you may bring it to our outlet and we will arrange for it to be repaired.

We do not profit from repair services, and you will only be charged for the material cost if applicable.
